4. Business Associate Relationship

Processing of PHI shall occur only after execution of a valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between the Company and the Covered Entity.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed BAA, the BAA shall govern PHI-related obligations.
5. Client Responsibilities

6. Scope Limitations
The Company’s responsibilities are limited strictly to administrative support functions agreed upon in written service agreements.
The Company does not guarantee:
- Insurance reimbursement outcomes
- Claim approval decisions
- Payment timelines
- Payer determinations
- Revenue increases
Insurance payment decisions remain solely under the authority of payers and regulatory bodies.
7. Confidentiality Obligations
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all non-public information exchanged during business operations.
Confidential information includes:

- Operational processes
- Patient-related administrative information
- Financial information
- Proprietary workflows
Confidential information shall not be disclosed except:
