1. Who we are

Sterling Global Solution LLC is a Wyoming-registered company providing AI-assisted medical billing and revenue cycle management services to U.S. healthcare providers.

2. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any request you make for our free offers. Paid client services are governed by a separate written Service Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If anything in these terms conflicts with those signed agreements, the signed agreements control.

3. Who can use our services

Our services are for U.S. healthcare practices and providers. By submitting a form on this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are authorized to act for the practice you represent.

4. Our services

We provide AI-assisted medical billing and revenue cycle management: eligibility verification (EV), benefits verification (BV), prior authorization, medical coding, claim creation and submission, payment posting, A/R follow-up, denial management and appeals, credentialing, and reporting. The exact scope for each client is set in that client's Service Agreement.

5. 30-Day Free Trial

The 30-Day Free Trial covers eligibility verification, benefits verification, prior authorizations, and denial management at no cost for your first 30 days. There is no commitment to continue.

• A signed BAA is required before we access any patient data.
• We may decline or limit a trial request.
• Either side may end a trial at any time.
• When the trial ends, services stop unless a Service Agreement is signed.

6. Free Credentialing

We offer credentialing with 3 insurance payers, free for new billing clients. Enrollment approvals and timelines are decided by the payers. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific timeline. See Free Credentialing for details.

7. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete clinical documentation, patient demographics and insurance details.
• We code and bill based on the documentation provided. The provider is responsible for the accuracy of that documentation and for services billed under its NPI.
• Provide timely system access (EHR/PM, clearinghouse, payer portals) and keep credentials secure.
• Follow applicable payer rules and federal and state rules.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

Reimbursement and claim decisions are made by payers. Industry benchmarks shown on this site (HFMA, MGMA, Kodiak) are industry figures. They are not guaranteed or measured Sterling Global Solution LLC client results.

9. How we use AI

AI tools assist our team with tasks such as claim review, denial pattern detection and A/R prioritization, and our team reviews AI-assisted work. AI output on this site is not legal, medical or coding advice.

10. HIPAA and patient data

We handle Protected Health Information (PHI) only under a signed BAA. Do not send PHI through website forms, the website chat assistant, or general email. See our HIPAA compliance page and our Privacy Policy.

11. Communications

When you submit a form or request a 30-Day Free Trial, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data.

12. Fees and payment

We do not publish pricing on this site. Fees, invoicing and payment terms are set in the Service Agreement. The 30-Day Free Trial and Free Credentialing are free as described above.

13. Confidentiality

Both sides keep the other's non-public business information confidential. PHI is governed by the BAA.

14. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and our tools and workflows belong to Sterling Global Solution LLC. Clients keep ownership of their own data and records. CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association (AMA). CPT codes and descriptions referenced on this site are used for informational purposes.

15. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, scrape it in a harmful way, attempt to breach its security, upload malware, or submit false information in forms.

16. Third-party systems and links

We work inside third-party systems (EHRs, clearinghouses, payer portals) and link to external sites such as CMS. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

17. Website information disclaimer

Blog posts, CPT and ICD pages, and guides on this site are general information. They may change as CMS, AMA or payer rules change, and they are not legal, medical or professional coding advice. The website is provided "as is."

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for payer decisions. For clients, the liability terms in the Service Agreement apply.

19. Indemnification

Each party is responsible for claims arising from its own breach of these terms or of applicable law.

20. Termination

We may suspend website access for misuse. Client services end as provided in the Service Agreement.

21. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
